Come out of the rain with me in some beautiful locations for some time to yourself, reconnect mind and body. Stretch, strengthen and relax with gentle Hatha style yoga, breath-work and relaxation.
All levels are welcome, inclusive and accessible classes.
If you find floor based yoga is not accessible, chair yoga also available.
