Break an innocent soul just to feed your ego—
To feel bigger, louder, more powerful than your own unhealed wounds would allow you to be?
To manipulate, to mock, to destroy something tender just to entertain your boredom or prove you still matter?
It may have felt like a game to you.
But the Universe doesn’t play like that.

Because energy remembers.
It doesn’t forget intention. It doesn’t excuse cruelty just because it was masked as “fun” or written off as a “phase.”
Energy records everything—every dig, every lie, every moment someone’s spirit trembled while you smiled.

You may have walked away untouched, thinking you won.
But watch.
The Universe keeps quiet when it’s watching.
It keeps its hands still while the damage unfolds.
But it always—always—returns what’s yours to carry.

Not to punish you.
But to restore balance.

What you gave without cause will come back when you least expect it.
Maybe not in the same form—but in the same ache.
The same loneliness.
The same confusion you planted in someone else’s heart just to feel powerful.

Because here’s the truth:
There is no power in breaking what was never fighting you.
There is no strength in cruelty.
There is only fear—dressed up in dominance, masked by laughter, hidden behind charm.

And when the receipts show up—when your soul meets its own reflection—
You’ll realize: the cost wasn’t theirs.
It was always yours.

Because innocent souls don’t stay broken.
They rise. They heal. They rebuild in quiet strength.
But those who harm for sport?
They carry that weight forever.
Even if they never say it out loud.

So be mindful of how you treat what’s pure.
Be careful with the ones who loved you in softness.
Because the Universe doesn’t forget what you did in the dark—
especially when the light trusted you.

Emotional maturity taught me something invaluable; I don’t need to engage in every battle, explain every decision, or respond to every provocation.
Not everything needs a reaction.
Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is simply observe, remain anchored in your truth, & protect your peace like it’s sacred—because it is.

The soul doesn’t argue for approval or chase validation.
It doesn’t stir drama to prove a point.
It aligns, quietly and clearly.
It sees beyond performance, listens to energy—not just words—and walks away when something feels off, even if nothing’s been said.

The ego, however, thrives on noise.
It wants control.
It provokes, manipulates, avoids accountability, and then demands empathy without ever offering any in return.
It’s the toxic ego that plays games—gaslighting, guilt-tripping, and hiding behind charm.

But a conscious soul?
It has no interest in power plays.
It moves with a moral compass, not emotional chaos.
It values truth over control, peace over performance, and depth over attention.

That’s why emotional maturity isn’t about shutting people out with anger—it’s about setting boundaries with awareness.
Not to punish, but to protect.
Not to isolate, but to honor the frequency of connection your soul truly desires.

And here’s the truth most won’t say aloud:
Not everyone deserves access to your energy.
Not because they’re “bad,”
but because they haven’t yet learned how to hold space without taking from it.

That’s not being cold. That’s not being distant.
That’s wisdom—sacred, grounded wisdom that says:
“My light is not up for grabs. It’s earned through respect, presence, and truth.”
