Be back soon….. ✨ I’ve decided to do a little digital detox over the summer. I’ve got so much going on the next few months that I want to be focused and present for, and social media is such a distraction for me, so it’s time for a break from it!

It’ll be business as usual at the treatment space & I’ll still be working & reachable via email & phone (just not socials for the time being!)- I’ll pop my details below!

Phase one of the unit refurb done ✨

Thank you to the wonderful and talented Jack at (highly recommend!!) who put in new flooring & lighting for me. There is still a bit to do decoration wise, but the space is already feeling renewed & so fresh!

I feel like with this & my beautiful branding update by Sydney at (again, highly recommend - a real gem 💎!!), ive been given a new lease of life! The energy has shifted into something that feels so magical & it’s made me so excited for the next half of the year 🤍🤍🤍

I can’t wait to welcome you into the new & improved Unit 2a 🥰

Recently I was lucky enough to be one of the first batch of therapists to spend a couple of days learning a brand new offering - the 6 point protocol with .

The AuricuFlex®️ protocol - Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture - is a treatment that will unlock a deeper level of enhanced relaxation and is a safe and effective treatment to support those experiencing anxiety, stress and emotional unbalance - just to name a few.

I’ve a lot to get together for this but I couldn’t keep it to myself! It’s coming in January 2025 and I can’t wait to share it with you all 🤍 it’s going to be the perfect addition & will fuse in so well with the treatments I already offer (specifically Reflexology - your heads will be here -> ☁️☁️☁️) more details coming soon! x
