Please do support Birchgrove Garden Centre and your other local businesses. My humans still have a flu but I've told them as soon as they are better they need to bring me to choose a new bone. I've almost finished my Christmas postman leg!!!

These local businesses are so precious

🚧 Yes, the road’s closed. No, we haven’t gone anywhere. 🚧

The road closure is officially underway, but before you panic and turn the car around…

👉 We are still open as normal.

There is a diversion.
It does take a bit longer.
But we promise we’re still here at the end of it - and the coffee shop is now open again after its Christmas break.

And to make the detour feel more worthwhile, our January Sale is on, with discounts on selected products across all departments. Consider it a little reward for navigating cones and temporary signs like a pro.

As a local business, these closures aren’t exactly ideal, so we massively appreciate everyone who makes the effort to keep supporting us. It really does mean more than you know.

Thanks for sticking with us – we’ll see you at the other end of the diversion 💚🚗💨

As you can tell human was totally baffled when this police officer told her to tie me up OUTSIDE! This also was at 12am and had she complied with the officer not only would she have been in a dangerous situation without me being able to support her needs but i would be in danger too especially when the station is on a main A road. Her demand breaks not only the Equality Act in regards to human but a host of animal welfare standards and safety protocols too relating to my rights as a dog. Even if a pet dog I find it worrying those walking their dogs would not be able to recieve help from police if in need

Bexley currently are fighting for this station to remain open with MPs and local politicians saying they provide support and help... do they? If police can't recognise simple human and animal rights law themselves, is there really any point in them being there?

The morning after a night out at the bar! Safe to say both I and human had a great night out with friends!

Had a wonderful girly date at the
National Gallery one of my favourite places
in Central London. The highlight for me is having
the cream out of my human's Maritozzi from Bar
Giorgio. The national is a perfect place if you need
a little oasis of calm in central London. There are
grass areas outside and a few trees around
Trafalgar should vou need the toilet. Plug sockets
in the cafe if your human needs to charge a
wheelchair or phone, they have a huge changing
place and free filtered water.

The gallery is very accessible as well with A LOT of
thought having gone into their accessibility (l will
be doing amore detailed video on this later) some
of the accessibility facilities include:
A visual story
Hearing loops and BSL talks
Transcribed events
Audio Guides
Stools available to take round with you
You also can borrow a wheelchair if you need
Water available

They were very understanding and welcoming to
working ladies like myself
The staff also were very supportive and
welcoming. Its moments like these that really make
you appreciate the care and thought that had gone
into this gallery being an inclusive place for
everyone to enjoy.

When there are rare disabilities which have no charity to support them and those who do have waiting lists longer than a dog's life and with many who need Assistance Dogs living in poverty. How does ADUK expect this to happen?

Who do they think is going to keep this register?

It's all well and good saying a dog is "trained" and it may well pass a test but all a dog needs is to be spooked and then you are back to square one in training, would we have to have annual tests?! How often?

Surely the law is already clear. The dog must mitigate your disability. Not be a danger or cause a nuisance or be disruptive. How is that complicated for humans to understand?

Many assistance dog handlers say they have been refused entry to venues because of their dog.

Went to my first protest this weekend with Elanor Maxey and met some truly beautiful people. It makes me angry that humans have such a strange and binary view of gender rather than focusing on being kind to one another. So thankful to all the lovely people who gave me treats and made sure that my human and I were safe when the terfs and police tried to antagonise.

In 2025 we should not need to be protesting for trans people to have access to basic healthcare. Why are so many wanting to stop basic human rights? And why are these terfs so obsessed with what other humans have between their legs?

What a perfect response! Very thankful to The Showman's Show - The Outdoor Events Services Exhibition who changed their access statement as soon as they were made aware of the issue.

Really hope more companies follow their example in making events a welcoming and safe place for everyone.

Our latest adventure the humans and I visited Hall Place Farmers Market in Bexleyheath.
Only had a very short visit but discovered some great local and small businesses

🍰 .bakery with her delicious brownie! (I wasn't allowed any but the human assures me it was the best brought one she's had. Tasted absolutely home made!

😋 We treated ourselves to some gorgeous Garlic & Lemon Marinade which can go on allsorts from chicken to vegetagles! Human said it was so lovely to learn that not all Caribbean flavours are spicy and she had something for everyone :).

🥩 My personal favourite stall was V.J. Game/ Sussex Smokers who had so many sausages and meats including ones l've not had the joy of smelling before!

To go to a local market and buy not only heritage British veg but also discover flavours from across the world is just another reason why I love London so much.
