FROM SERENOVA NUTRITION: MUST READ 👀

We’ve raised awareness around menopause. But we haven’t yet solved the problem. Because if we had… women wouldn’t still be struggling in silence at work.

At Serenova, we didn’t want to add to the noise. We wanted to understand the reality women are living every day.

So we asked 1,000 women across the UK workforce a simple question: how supported do you actually feel during menopause?

The answer is clear - and it’s not good enough.

That’s why we created The Serenova Menopause Report - grounded in real experiences, not assumptions.

What it reveals is a gap we can no longer ignore:

• On average just 44% of women feel comfortable discussing menopause at work - dropping to 28% in business, finance and professional services

• Even in the most supported sector, over a third of women say no support exists at all

• Support declines with age - from 61% (30–39) to just 41% (60–65)

• Where you live still shapes your experience - with Yorkshire & the Humber ranking lowest for support
• 45% say brain fog impacts their performance at work most

• 69% believe more should be done to promote alternatives to HRT

This isn’t just about awareness. It’s about impact - on confidence, performance, careers, and wellbeing. And too often, menopause is still treated as a personal issue to manage quietly instead of a workplace reality to actively support.

With UK legislation requiring menopause action plans for larger employers on the horizon, this moment matters. But policy alone won’t solve this.

Real change will come from:
• Better education - earlier, and for everyone
• Open, stigma-free conversations
• Practical, accessible support that reflects real needs

Because midlife isn’t a niche moment. It’s a critical life stage - experienced by millions, often at the peak of their careers.

Even mild dehydration can cause tiredness, headaches, and poor concentration. Drinking enough water helps keep your brain alert and focused.

2. Helps Digestion & Gut Health
Water helps break down food, absorb nutrients, and keep your digestive system moving smoothly.

3. Aids Weight Management
Drinking water can support metabolism and may help reduce unnecessary snacking, as thirst is often mistaken for hunger.

4. Improves Skin Health
