We are looking for anyone who is interested in doing the following relaxing breathing session for approximately 1 and a half hours at the church. Please comment below.
Guided Breathwork Session
Breathe2thebeat is a calm, guided, music-led breathwork experience designed to help the body and mind slow down, settle, and switch off from day-to-day stress.
You’ll be lying down comfortably, supported with cushions and blankets, and guided through your breath while listening to carefully selected music through headphones.
The session begins gently, builds through rhythm and breath awareness, and then returns you to a calm, steady state.
There is no pressure to push or force anything. If emotions arise, you are free to experience them in a safe and supportive space.
This is a non-religious, non-therapeutic experience, designed to feel accessible and comfortable for everyone.
⸻
🌿 Benefits may include:
• Feeling calmer and more settled
• Quieting mental noise and overwhelm
• Releasing physical tension and held emotions
• Improving ability to switch off and rest
• Feeling more grounded
⸻
🎧 What to expect:
