keira will be seen at the transplant team at Harefield hospital, Monday is going to be a long day with multiple tests for her. Keira is Jayden- Sean’s big sister so of course we knew it would happen one day but when it actually happens reality hits,it doesn’t make it any easier for any of us.
Let’s hope we get some answers very soon.

Good morning it’s been a very long time, Jayden- Sean is doing very well from a heart perspective.
Forever grateful to his donor and family.

In February we have a 3 week stay for intensive physiotherapy for Jayden- Seans muscles, they are very weak due to the heart condition dannons disease. possibly the medication he takes for his heart so hopefully this will help build some muscles and strength for him.

My name is Caroline, I have a heart condition called Hypertropic cardiomyopathy (HCM) alongside Danons Disease. Danons Disease is an extremely rare heart condition that has been passed down throughout our family. Nearly all of our family members that were diagnosed have sadly passed away. Due to organ donation myself and Jayden-Sean are the only survivors. I had a heart transplant 12 years ago but unfortunately, I have still passed this on to my two children, Keira 19 and Jayden-Sean 9.

Jayden-Sean was diagnosed with HCM and Danons Disease at birth, at age 6 he had an internal defibrillator implanted in his chest. The doctors felt now was the time he needed to be placed on the transplant list as he was deteriorating quite quickly, he was placed on the transplant list for a new heart in November 2020.
After becoming more physically and emotionally ill, he struggled to keep up with his friends, he became breathless very easily and relied on a wheelchair.
Jayden-Sean has had 3 unsuccessful calls, they finally found his perfect match in December 2023 and he is currently recovering well.

Myself And Jayden-Sean would like to raise awareness for organ donation and raise money for a mechanical heart for children at Great Ormand Street Hospital.

I was wondering if you could help us by donating items/vouchers to be raffled off for this amazing cause at a charity/fundraising event held in Bicester, we are running a charity raffle evening at the nightingale pub in Bicester on the 25th of October.

Jaydens dream was to be able to play football, he asked for us to run a charity football match where adults and children of all abilities can play and be involved and help raise money for such an amazing cause.

My son Jayden under went life saving surgery in December last year he had a heart transplant he was only 8 years old. He is now recovering well. I’m doing a charity dog show to raise money for great ormand street hospital we are trying to help raise enough to help fund a mechanical heart for sick children. The dog show is 8th September I’m asking if you would be so kind to gift us any treats for the dogs as prizes for this amazing cause I’d be ever so grateful. In return I will state where the treats are from and try to help ur business.
I will be holding a raffle so if any company’s would like to donate anything we could use for our raffle I would be extremely grateful.
