Forget me not, Bicester is a friendship and lunch club that runs on a Tuesday and a Thursday from 9:30am to 2.45pm.
We have been open for nearly 9 years and offer a wide range of activities, including entertainment, board games, seated exercises, and an art group.

We provide a social gathering for older people who may feel lonely or are isolated. We also provide care, though not exclusively, for older people who are experiencing early onset dementia, allowing carers to have some respite during the day.

This is a happy, fun, sociable and secure space where people can meet each other, relax and take part in some or all of the activities we offer.

We serve a 2-course hot lunch, cooked on the premises, and we have a level 5 food and safety certificate.

If you have any questions about what we offer, all enquiries should made via phone to 07507749931 or by email to mail@forgetmenotbicester.co.uk

Wow, what a fabulous start to the year. January was packed with activities such as art, crossword puzzles, word of the day, quizzes, raffles, country and western music from Donna and entertainment from the Bicester U3A Ukulele Strummers. We danced and sang, ate good food and, as always enjoyed a chat or two with our friends!

We hope you've all had a wonderful Christmas. We certainly had a busy December. Here are some of the things we got up to, including:

- singing and dancing to Reggae Ray, Old Gold, Donna, Sparky and Sprite, Jackie, and Dennis and his karaoke!
- painting and decorating Christmas cards
- manicures
- playing games
- doing the crossword
- word of the day
- Christmas quiz

It's been action-packed!!

Thank you to all those who attended throughout December and to the volunteers as well for their help. We are looking forward to welcoming you back next week when we reopen on Tuesday, 6th January.

🌟🌟 Happy New Year!!! πŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŽ‰ πŸ’™
