For the past ten years, I’ve been following the thread of shamanism, animism, and spirituality, a path that continues to shape both my life and my work.
I work at the meeting point of ritual, spirit, and the natural world. This space is an extension of that path.
Alongside shamanism and animism, I’m deeply drawn to ceremonial magic and European witchcraft traditions, with a particular reverence for the cultural roots of Celtic and Norse spirituality.
Every ritual piece I create is crafted in relationship with the materials, and the spirits I work alongside. I believe the tools we work with carry their own spirit, and can be met as allies & guides.
My interest includes trance and altered states of consciousness as gateways to spiritual connection and healing. I have trained in therapeutic Total Yoga Nidra, which supports both my personal practice and the work I offer to others, creating a grounded, restorative approach to deep rest and inner journeying.
My foundation training in Core Shamanism gave me a broad framework of practice, and I continue to study and train more widely in order to deepen and refine my understanding of authentic shamanic work. This is an ongoing path of discernement and learning.
I work closely with the spirits of the land, and I am an advocate for building reciprocal relationship with place, rooted in respect and cultural awareness.
My work is grounded in deep respect for the cycles of life and loss. I work with bones and ethically sourced animal materials as a way of tending to loss with reverence, honouring what continues beyond form, and holding space for grief as part of that wider cycle of transition and remembrance.
Integrity is at the heart of everything I do. I’m not interested in spiritual bypassing, I believe in meeting both light and dark, and in cultivating a rooted, honest spirituality that can hold the full spectrum of being human.
