SAFETY ALERT - many of you know how important safe use of essential oils is to me. There is so much poor unregulated information out there on the internet/facebook . This is one of the reasons I started delivering workshops- safe use of essential oils ❤️♥️

Ingestion of essential oils.

Adding essential oils to ice cubes, is the same as ingesting essential oils in water and over time can irritate both your oral and oesophageal/gastric areas.

I’ve just seen several articles , very recently (I’m not a member of these groups) advocating essential oils for health by adding them to ice. I can’t emphasise enough, this is not a safe practice. Use a little lemon from a squeezed lemon or some mint or herbs from your garden instead. DO NOT ingest essential oils.
