Building on the success of the General Practice Nurse Network, the QICN has launched the ‘Faculty of General Practice Nursing’ to provide a ‘professional home’ for all things general practice nursing and primary care focused.

LGBTQIA+ people face a range of barriers when it comes to attending cervical screening. Administrative processes, negative healthcare experiences and feelings of embarrassment continue to impact access.

This literature review explores LGBTQIA+ experiences of cervical screening from a global perspective, offering insight for general practice nurses supporting inclusive, person-centred care.
