Pink Moon Yoga – A Full Moon Gathering - Extended session 🌸 🌕

Join me on the evening of the 2nd of April - 7pm at Downe Village Hall for the Pink Moon, a nourishing extended yoga session designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and welcome the new energy of spring.

The Pink Moon marks a time of new beginnings, a gentle shift from winter’s stillness into the quiet emergence of growth. Just as the first spring flowers begin to bloom, this practice invites you to explore what within you is ready to awaken.

Through a grounding yoga flow, heart-opening movement, and a guided full moon meditation, we’ll create space for:

🌱 New beginnings
🌸 Emerging from dormancy
🔥 Quiet confidence
💗 Opening the heart after winter
🌕 Illumination of what’s ready to grow

After our practice, we’ll share a cup of tea and some time to chat and reflect together in a relaxed and welcoming space.

Whether you come for movement, stillness, connection, or simply a moment to breathe, this evening is an invitation to pause under the full moon and gently step into your next season of growth.

Winters End: Extended Practice 🤍

I invite you to Join me for an extended practice of the 26th of February 7pm at Downe Village Hall - to include a guided meditation, followed by tea and a chat ☕️✨

Beginner friendly and all equipment provided!

As we gently move towards the end of winter, I’ll be holding an extended yoga session to help us transition into the lighter, brighter days ahead.

We’ll begin with a grounding, nourishing yoga flow to shake off the heaviness of the colder months, followed by a guided meditation to reset, reflect and set intentions for the season ahead. This is your space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect.

After our practice, we’ll share tea and a relaxed chat — a chance to warm up, connect, and enjoy a little community time together.

Winter asks us to turn inward. This session is about honouring that… and then softly stepping forward.

Just taught my last class for the next 10 days! Heading off to Costa Rica for some solo travel, using that time to reflect, and get inspired from where it all started for me!

Give your mind the same space you give your breath, when you pause, reflection naturally flows like a gentle exhale.
