I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, healer, artist, and guide based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. I’ve always felt naturally drawn to energy work and the unseen threads that connect us. My own healing from personal trauma deepened my spiritual journey and strengthened my calling to support others as they heal and dive to new depths. I teach Reiki, offer Reiki treatments, create courses on self-love, and hold space for transformation through my in-person Goddess Temple and upcoming online Goddess healing sessions. I’m also a pyrography artist, creating intuitive wood-burned pieces infused with intention. My work is all about helping you return to yourself — to your strength, to your peace, and the light you already carry.

We talk a lot about the rising of the feminine, and how empowerment of women is what's needed to fix the world and whilst that's important men desperately need to rise too. I've just seen another dude bro on my feed talking about men 'being in their masculine' and interpreting that as demanding domestic servitude from women. All i'm hearing there is a child calling for their mom.

I went to a beautiful event at a Yoga Centre at the weekend in which the men stood round the edge of the circle and just held the energy of the women as we invoked Shakti (the Goddess). I experienced her as pregnant with the whole world. The baby was the entirety of planet earth- every traumatised woman, every disconnected man and I felt such love for everyone and everything. We are all just children having difficult experiences and big emotions we can't always handle.

Insights from deity work have such power to elevate your perception of the world, which is why traditional religion has been so popular, but that has been missing half the story having focused only on the male perspective. It's missing perhaps the most fundamental power - the love of the mother, and the importance of the dance between the two polarities- the source of creation of life. The catholic religion of my childhood feels so empty in comparison.

We need each other. We need more connected daddy energy in this world and we need more regulated women who can step up and provide stable leadership.

These are my thoughts as International women's day passed through.

Throwback to an old post from the menstruality days.

PMS Unicorn reminded me of the fire horse, off to a great start. Those not quite on their hinges are really feeling it now aren't they? I hope some peace can be gained amongst the madness, for all our sakes.

Just got to hold your centre where you can, and not let the chaos drag you down. Use that fire for propulsion, and not burn out. She'll be r**t.

What is it with 3AM?

I went to a menopause cafe at my day job this week. It's so empowering to be in the company of women of a certain age, there is no beating their sense of humour. Most of us reported the 3AM wake up calls. All these powerful women, up in the middle of the night, together, at a time when we aren't distracted by anything else (other than essential rest that is 😅).

It's almost like we're supposed to be doing something with each other?!

Is it me, or does it feel a bit like those strange days before birth? Waiting for the energy to shift, knowing it's coming but you can't rush it. Getting in the right headspace for change. Relinquishing the need for control and allowing surrender. Trusting that everything will be for the best. Doing the final emotional audit. Being determined not to take anything with me that will slow me down or distract from a future filled with peace, joy and self love.

Year of the horse incoming, when my offerings of online courses will emerge ❤️

Happy Imbolc 🌱 (Irish festival to mark the first stirrings of spring).

We celebrated with a walk in the woods to seek out signs of spring incoming. I didn't manage to get a picture of the blue t**s that fell from a tree in front of me mid-coitus but that was definitely the firmest sign I saw today that spring is on its way. Not sure what thats a omen of 😅.

I wanted to do an elderly filter to honour the Cailleach: the old Crone Goddess of winter before Imbolc energy kicks in as I've been in the lab with her lately developing offerings from her lessons (coming soon). Unfortunately, the filter didn't do much! Added make up 🤣 and made me look a little knackered. Not all my friends made it this far so I'm grateful to be here ❤️

Before the light of spring starts to shift the pace, for those wise ones tending to the last sheddings of the year of the snake - here is my favourite poem about death and rebirth by Leanne Sullivan:

Feeling a bit frazzled? Are you craving a bit of calm right now?

We weren't meant to be rushing round getting cracking on objectives this time of year. We were meant to be round the fire with friends laughing and mending.

That's what I love about Reiki, any moment of any day you can take a few seconds just to let it flow and realign yourself (if not too busy to remember to!).

One of the huge benefits of Reiki is that it helps you pop your ego to one side, which allows you to see the bigger picture. When you're channeling the Reiki flow you are but a vessel and that stepping outside of yourself is such a powerful thing, it gives an insight into the human experience that's very hard to describe. Its such a relief to switch of the 'i am' part of the brain and become 'i observe' instead.
Its training for those moments when you need to stick a lolly pop in your inner wounded child's mouth in order to make progress.

I guess it comes down to nervous system management as well at the end of the day. Reiki is such a hot bath for the mind, body and soul. The number one thing id recommend for the feeling of be-frazzlement is to get Reiki attuned - then a solution is with you all the time! With a nice calm nervous system it's so much easier to look at situations objectively.

When her brutality is beautiful.

The Goddess of winter the Cailleach (massive oversimplification) at her most powerful zenith recently as the wheel of the year ages ready for rebirth.

I'm not even trying to fight her this morning, this ain't coming off. I'll sit here until the heaters start working 😅.
