I used to try and think my way into healing and calmness

Constantly stuck in my head I would analyse my emotions, try to talk myself through it and try to control the thoughts that would spiral

But the nervous system doesn’t speak in thoughts

It speaks in sensation, in breath, sound, stillness, and safety

When your body feels safe, your mind naturally softens

That’s where our morning meditation & sound classes come in, each vibration and breath invites your body to release tension, slow the mind, and ground back into the present moment

These classes aren’t about fixing yourself, they’re about allowing your body to feel safe enough for calmness 🩷

There’s so much focus on forgiving other people…

Forgive the people who hurt you, forgive toxic people, forgive your parents because they did the best they could… and the rest

But what about forgiving yourself?

For being so hard on yourself

(I’m taking this post to forgive myself for saying “serious” instead of “seriously” in the beginning)
