Eating more and losing more!!!
I’m sorry but what!!!!!
Yes that’s right!
Vicky has now lost over 13kgs which is over 2 STONE in weight!
Her composition is all improving!
Body fat ⬇️
Hydration ⬆️

I often say this:
A healthy person has a thousand wishes.
A sick person has only one.

Most people feel “okay”… until one day, they’re not.
And when a diagnosis finally shows up, the truth is—the body has been whispering for years.

Longevity isn’t about waiting for symptoms.
It’s about acting early.

Choosing small discomforts now—
moving your body even when it’s inconvenient,
sleeping while others keep scrolling,
eating to support metabolism, not just cravings.

It’s about paying attention to what truly matters before something feels wrong—
insulin sensitivity, visceral fat, muscle strength, inflammation, long-term risk.

This was a mindset shift for me.
Health isn’t about looking good today.
It’s about staying strong, independent, and well tomorrow.

👉 She’s eating MORE than before

She’s leaner, healthier, and stronger —
