Every week I get to see people grow in confidence, achieve things they once thought were impossible and support each other through their journeys

Being part of those moments – the first half-stone, the target celebrations, the smiles – is incredibly special 🫶🏻

I am also a member at my own group and they help me so much to stay on track, we share our joureny and help each other along they way
