Homelife Stairlifts UK are seeking a proactive and dedicated Appointment Maker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our sales team, with the opportunity for growth and progression!
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact potential customers by phone, engaging in friendly and informative conversations to gauge their interest in our stairlift products.
• Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments for our sales representatives, to visit our customers for a home assessment.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Homelife Stairlifts' products and services to answer basic customer questions and promote the benefits of our solutions.
Qualifications:
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner.
• Organisation Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail is a must.
• Team Player: Ability to work well as a team, as well as individually.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00pm (Weekends and Bank holidays on a rota basis)
