✨ A few changes to the regular schedule this week at The Feel Good Hub ✨
🌿 Monday evening Marsha and Jacqui T are covering for Emma - you’re in very good hands so we hope you enjoy your start of the week practice.
🌸 Wednesday evening we have our special Yoga for Mothers with Tessa - a nourishing space to pause, breathe and relax. Specially for all mums (on this Mothers Day week), a little baby free time just for you. Maisie's class will run as usual, so rest assured we will open the doors around 19.20 for the change over.
🧘♀️ Thursday morning Marsha will be kindly covering for Jacqui T, guiding Hatha, Meditation & Pranayama with her calm, grounding presence. We look forward our Thursday morning group meeting her.
✨ Jackie R is away this Friday, so there will be no morning Pilates this week. The good news is that from the week commencing 23rd March, Jackie officially returns with not one but TWO opportunities to join her - Wednesday (@ 09.30am) and the usual Friday mornings 🙌
🌿 And Beth is back on Sunday for Slow Flow Yoga, the perfect way to close the week, with her calm, grounding presence.
Zoe and Tessa will be teaching their regular classes on Tuesday and Friday as usual. Thank you, as always, for your flexibility when we have small changes with our team and rejigged timetable - its always an opportunity to try something new!
