Yesterday, a client told me she was hitting the gym 5 days a week, but nothing was changing.
She was living off 5 hours of sleep, setting 4:30am alarms, and wondering why her body was still holding onto weight.

Drop to 3 gym sessions.
Use those extra days to sleep in.
Because going to the gym sleep-deprived?
That’s not discipline.
