👩‍⚕️ Meet Our New Registered Manager – Helen 👋
We’re excited to officially introduce Helen, our new Registered Manager for Valley Court Nursing Home and Cole Valley Nursing Home!
Helen joined Valley Court in March and began supporting Cole Valley in May, bringing with her a clear vision for delivering high-quality, person-centred care across both homes.
Helen splits her time between the two services and uses our digital platforms to monitor compliance and care quality on a daily basis. She is supported by strong local leadership, with General Managers and Clinical Leads in each home, along with a wider team including our Area Manager, Area Support Assistant, Quality Lead, and Nominated Individual.

"After having my children, I experienced firsthand the compassion and dedication of nurses during a very personal time in my life. Their care left a lasting impression on me and inspired me to pursue a career in nursing. Becoming a registered nurse allowed me to give back the same kindness and support I once received."
"Now, stepping into this dual Registered Manager role, my focus is on building a culture of care that’s supportive, safe, and empowering—for both residents and staff. I want both homes to be places where residents feel truly at home, and our teams feel equipped and proud to deliver exceptional care."
