Happy September everyone. My favourite month of the year. I love the energy of the seasons slowly changing. The promise of Autumn and the farewell to summer. What are your favourite months ?

So what’s going on in September?
The kids are back at school and normality is resumed routine wise
September is a good time to re-set. A little like January and the rush of Christmas gone so September is like the start of a new year in some ways. The kids start a new school year. The long summer days are melting away as we welcome the Autumn I love this season so much as like spring it is the season of change.
Energy wise some may be depleted after the holidays juggling work, with child care or pausing work to care for your children, entertaining them each day and recovering from a summer holiday even.
