These sessions are £10 for a hour session in the private woods in Streetly. I am a fully trained guide. Forest bathing or Shinrin Yoku as it is called originated in Japan. It is a therapy aimed at immersing yourself into nature in order to trigger healing within yourself naturally. Proven to relieve stress anxiety feelings of over whelming tension depression. High blood pressure and many more ailments. The science is being outside connecting to nature heals. This is not a walk. I invite you to relax using methods of relaxion prompts.
