Production / Sales Co-ordinator
Birmingham B7 | £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE)

4 days office based, 1 day remotely.

We’re a drinks dispense equipment manufacturer supplying the trade, and hospitality venues with everything from towers and taps to full dispense systems. We’re looking for a highly organised Production / Sales Co-ordinator to join our office team and take a lead role in ensuring production runs smoothly to meet customer demand.

What you’ll do:
• Receive and process customer orders via phone and email.
• Take responsibility for scheduling and coordinating production with the Production Manager.
• Monitor progress of jobs through production and flag any issues early.
• Communicate clearly with customers about lead times, updates, and deliveries.
• Provide office-based admin and coordination support across sales and production.

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in a coordination, production planning, or sales support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between customers and production.
• Confident using IT systems (ERP/order processing experience a bonus).
• Proactive, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you’ll get:
• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
• A key role in a growing company within the UK beer industry.
• Office-based position with daily responsibility for production coordination.
