We're thrilled to announce the opening of a brand new Dementia Day Club at Chadwick End Village Hall, proudly run by The Rainbow Care Group.
Our club offers a safe, supportive, and engaging space for individuals living with dementia—complete with stimulating activities, friendly faces, and plenty of laughter. 💜

We're really excited to be hosting a Dementia information day on Wednesday 9th April - a chance for you to find out what we offer at Rainbow and meet the team.

We will also be joined by lots of other services to offer advice and support.

There will also be plenty of tea and cake! Get in touch to book your place - we'd love to meet you!

Here at The Rainbow care Group, we love taking our clients out into the community. We schedule regular trips out for our club members - whether it be a pub lunch, or a simple stroll in the sunshine, and all sorts in between!
