Things you can do to get relevant rest & recovery in short match prep
- active recovery, 20minutes moderate intensity swim or static cycle.
- 20-30mins gentle walk
- 10mins stretch & mobility work
- sports massage/foam rolling
- relative rest & correct nutrition choices
- hydration
