TIME OUT BLEND
Perfect for when you need rebalancing and grounding, when you are out of sorts or your head is everywhere and nowhere...
I am so in need of this today...this morning's yoga was a great release for my body but the flows were a bit too fast for my mind. So my diffuser is now on and I'm enjoying wafts of these gorgeous oils to calm and recentre myself....
Frankincense - widely used in meditation and ceremonies, it is uplifting and stabilising, can support positive feelings of connection, helps to relieve scattered thinking, mental fog and mental fatigue.
Cardamom - a wonderful warm, spicy essential oil. It feels like I'm enveloped in a comforting, aromatic hug! Perfect for fatigue, loss of focus, moodiness and disconnect. Ultimately harmonising.
Sandalwood (Australian) - this aromatic wood excels as a nervous restorative, again stabilising and harmonising, helps us to accept ourselves just as we are without judgement, and helps us to let go of worries and anxieties.
If you want me I'll be found in my Zen room, wrapped in a blanket with a cuppa, being soothed by these fabulous scents.....
