Our service users are having fun with all these colour animals, which includes a snake, trancula, tortoise and much more.

It's a very good activity arranged by Comfort Homes and Care , which improves sensitivity and cognitive skills.

Our Citizen has been busy this week by bringing this abandoned pond in the back garden to life.

She has worked really hard on this project.

She has, with her own funds , purchased new water plants and 6 goldfish.

She is really excited and feeds her gold fish everyday herself.

It's always a fun time when Animaltastic is around.Sarah is absolutely amazing with our residents 🥰 they all handle the animals with such tenderness. We try not to have favourites but Penny the blue tongue skink is the No1 contender 🦎. Shhh don't tell the others 😉 🐇🐁🐢🐍🕷🪲

This cold but bright weather is the best weather to go and enjoy a carvery, who wouldn't love a cheeky carvery.
Two of our gents sure did and believe it or not the plates were left clean, and washed down with a little tipple.

Hey all!!!!

As a celebration of the lockdown restrictions being eased, the people who live within our services decided in there meeting that they would like to raise money for amazing charity called Kinmos.

We will be having a little summer fete on Saturday 24th July to raise money for kinmos who have done some amazing work during lockdown supporting adults with mental health and learning disabilities. A subject very close to our heart. More information to follow.

We are asking if anyone would like to donate any products or vouchers for our raffle and would welcome any donations.

We currently have several respite placements that visit on a regular basis, but have some free slots available.

Are you or anyone you know looking for supported living facilities or respite services?

We at comfort homes and care are proud to announce the opening of our 3rd service Hazel house.

Here at comfort homes we are proud of our homely services and have received compliments from individuals and relatives about how we provide a "Home from Home" environment, that is comfortable, welcoming and safe.

Hazel House is our newly refurbished, semi-detached 5 bedroom home with off road parking.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, large contemporary open plan kitchen, dining area, living area, large walk in shower room and a separate WC.

1st Floor consists of 4 bedrooms and a newly refurbished family whirlpool bath bathroom.

Hazel House has several local and popular amenities within walking distance including a retail park, sports facilities, post office and health care services as well as good public transport links, accessible via bus or nearby Bordesley train station. Bus numbers. 60, 17, 8, X1 and X2 service the area.

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and this year theme is Nature.

Here at Comfort Homes And Care Mental Health Awareness for our Service Users and also Staff Team is of paramount importance and we pride ourselves on ensuring we have a open door policy where everyone can feel safe to speak up.

Nature is all around us. It might be our beautiful gardens, a local park, a nearby beach or open countryside. Our service user enjoy Getting out and feeling the fresh air!

Absolutely delighted and proud to share our first photo of our amazing staff and service users here at Comfort Homes and Care. We are an extremely active team, so stay posted for updates and stories of what our team have been up too. Our team at the bungalows have not let the gloomy weather keep them inside. Our guys enjoyed a lovely walk in the local park to blow away the cobwebs!
