Care Manager;
About you:
We require an experienced Care Manager who holds an NVQ Level 5 or working towards, and who has excellent knowledge regarding CQC compliance and ways of working. A supportive and caring leader who empowers their team to always do their best, you’ll also be committed to promoting and developing the highest standards of care. Experience in managing domiciliary care would be desirable.

Group Care Leader;
About you:
As a group care leader, you will be given the opportunity to enrol or complete an existing level 5 NVQ Health and Social Care Leadership and Management Diploma.
The training will support you in developing the skills required to ultimately take on a Registered Manager Position. Whilst you are developing your leadership skills you will be responsible as a Group Care Leader working over three Lincolnshire care home located in Spalding and Bourne leading shifts, supporting, developing and training care teams.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum NVQ 3 in Health and Social care, have a comprehensive knowledge of care planning, care delivery, medication administration, food and nutrition, moving and handling, infection prevention control, and good communication skills.

Cook;
About you:
If you have 2 or more years' experience within a catering & kitchen environment, have the relevant SFBB understanding with a Food Hygiene certification, and you are interested in working for a company that will value your dedication and commitment, you should apply for this position.
