"Mr Basu has a calm and well articulated approach. He provides the important information and elaborates when prompted, which I see as a considered way not to overwhelm but provide accurate and timely advice. He is very busy and remembers details to the individual case. At times he needs to refer to notes to double check a detail in patient history, and so is careful to be accurate.
