We are passionate about understanding the needs and requirements of the service user and also their families, as we believe it is important to ensure both service users and their families are as involved and informed in their care as much as possible. In order to achieve this we create a person cantered care plan taking into account individual abilities, wishes, preferences, ambitions, aspirations and needs.
Our services are then tailored to meet these individual needs of the Service User whilst ensuring that Service Users are still able to maintain and maximize their independence. We aim to provide high quality care and support at all times. Our services consist of supporting Service Users with their daily living skills such as meal preparations, shopping, gardening and cleaning. Our dedicated, compassionate and friendly care workers are committed in providing support and care to service users with dignity and respect. All our care workers undergo interviewing and checking procedures, which include full referencing, enhanced Disclosure and Barring service (DBS) check and a safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults from Abuse check.
