Staff at Cygnet Lodge Lewisham are celebrating after receiving an ‘Outstanding’ rating for Caring in their latest inspection by the Care Quality Commission who praised the kindness, empathy and respect shown at the mental health service.
Cygnet Lodge Lewisham, a high support inpatient rehabilitation service for men with mental health needs, has been rated ‘Good’ overall by the regulator, and received an ‘Outstanding’ rating in the Caring domain.

Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove, one of our newest mental health hospitals for women in Staffordshire, is looking for RMNs and RNLDs, as well as a Ward Manager.

We seek nurses who are passionate about delivering outstanding, compassionate care.

Our service is now open and accepting referrals for both its wards:

- **Burleigh Ward**: This specialised service provides assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for women with personality disorders and complex needs.

- **Crocus Ward**: This is our female emergency acute inpatient service, offering a safe and stabilising environment for women experiencing an acute episode of mental illness who require emergency admission.

This facility will provide specialised care for individuals with eating disorders, personality disorders, and related mental health challenges. 💚

Hospital Manager Lisa expressed her pride in assembling such a dedicated and compassionate team focused on personalised care, ensuring that Elowen will be a safe and empowering space for everyone. 🙌
