Hi all! I just wanted to reach out and say hello and that I am missing seeing you all and the wonderful ponies!

The masters in Speech and Language Therapy is going well, I am learning loads about how to help people living with communication difficulties and we go on our first placement block in a couple of weeks!

Missing you all and looking forward to coming back with some new skills!

As many of you have probably seen, Summerfield Stables has been on the news due to damages caused to the Solihull site by storm Darragh. They are looking at doing a fundraiser, or I'm sure any practical help would be greatly appreciated!

Big thank you to my Let's Enable family for all your support over the last few years. I have loved meeting so many amazing people and it has been a real pleasure working with you all! I am going to miss everyone so much 🥰😭😢.

A big thank you for my beautiful cards, gifts and pictures. I am going to treasure every single one! A big thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are all truly amazing people and I am going to miss everyone so much.

A message from Nina.

From January 2025 I am starting a masters in Speech and Language Therapy. I am passionate about helping young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities to be able to communicate.

It is a 2 year full time course, which means unfortunately I cannot run Let’s Enable alongside it. It has been a really difficult decision, but I am hoping I can come back and see you all and work with you again.

I would like to say a big thank you to all of you for your support over the last two years. We have loved meeting so many wonderful service users and their families/carers and seeing the joy the ponies bring. We have seen so many amazing interactions and have loved every minute.

Big thank you to the wonderful Mini and Freddy and Charlie! We have had the most amazing two years. We have had so many special moments and the ponies have made it all possible. They have been allover Birmingham and they just take it in their stride. They have such amazing personalities and have helped so many people. Big thanks to Charlie too, who has worked really hard to help me provide the mobile service. She is always happy and brings joy to the sessions. What a special bunch! 💜💜 Charlotte Smith

Some wonderful photos from our visit to Cerebral Palsy Midlands. We have got to know everyone and love our visits! As you can see the ponies love visiting CPM too! They enjoyed some free time in the garden at lunch and they both had a little snooze in the sunshine in thr afternoon.

Cerebral Palsy Midlands are like a big family. It is so special seeing how everyone has fun and supports each other. We have loved getting to know everyone and it has been so lovely having repeated visits because the service users could get to know us and the ponies. Walking the ponies round the garden is always a top favourite.
