💚 A warm start to the year, even in the cold 💚

Following a chilly start to the new year, we’ve been so glad to welcome people back into our regular group coaching and wellbeing sessions across Hall Green and Ward End.

Over the past few weeks, our sessions have included:
✨ Gentle group coaching and reflection
✨ Mindful arts and creative wellbeing activities
✨ Conversations around boundaries, values, self-care, and neurodivergence
✨ Practical advice, guidance, and peer support
✨ Time to talk, walk, rest, and simply be

What we’re most proud of is the sense of safety, inclusion, and mutual respect that continues to grow in these spaces; where people feel able to share honestly, support one another, and move at their own pace.

📍 St Peter’s Church, Hall Green
🗓️ Every Tuesday | 1.00–3.00pm
👥 Mixed group

📍 Lakeside Café, Dolphin Women’s Centre, Ward End
🗓️ Every Thursday | 10.00am–12.00pm
👩 Ladies only

🌿 We’re also looking forward to our guided wellbeing walk with ecoBirmingham on 11th February, details at the end of the reel.

Whether you come every week or are thinking about joining for the first time, you’ll be met with warmth, understanding, and no pressure to “perform”. Come as you are 💛
