🌞 Slimming in a Heatwave? Here's How to Keep your Cool!

When the weather's hot, the last thing I fancy is slaving over a stove or feeling heavy and bloated.

So here’s what I do:
🍓 Stick to light, fresh food – fruit, salad, and loads of ice-cold water

🥗 Make a giant pasta salad or crustless quiche to keep in the fridge

🍦Treat myself to frozen grapes or a low-syn lolly (yes please!)

😅 And I remind myself that sweating isn't failure – it's just the weather doing its thing!

Flat or fizzy? Water that is. Natural or flavoured? It all hydrates us the same. Staying hydrated all the time, not just in this warmer weather, is super important because 70% of our body is water.

Add some sparkle to your drinks with a cucumber and blueberry skewer or strawberry slices 🍓. I’d love to see your creations 🤍
