When it come Christmas and 2024 weight lost goals people find it difficult to keep it together but you want to enjoy the holiday please & don't judge yourself self for it.

#1 So make sure your getting your steps in, going for a walk is burns more calories than you think.

#2 Have fun with what ever active you have plan because you need be enjoying what ever its your doing and don't tell me you waiting for 2024 you said that last year too.

#3 Keep the extra calories down if you're not going out with friends family no point overindulgence when Christmas is 3 days a way so save it them extra calories for later 😉 that's what am doing.

#4 avoid all crazy tricks so you and have everything you want Christmas day just let it be am sure you tired 😫 all kinds of crazy s**t already this year just let it be enjoy this time with your love ones
