World Mental Health Day

I’ve had times where I’ve really struggled , felt low, anxious or just not myself at all.

It’s not always easy to talk about as I come across as this confident person, but I’m so grateful for the people who’ve been there for me, listened and reminded me that it’s ok to not be ok.

Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health. Some days you’ll feel strong and positive, others you might just need to breathe and take things slow, and that’s completely normal and something I’m still learning.

If you’re finding things tough, please reach out. Talk to someone, message a friend, or just say how you feel, it really does help.

Today, take a minute to check in with yourself, rest, walk, cry, laugh, whatever you need.
Because your mental health is real, important, and worth looking after. ❤️
