Last Monday at Dorothy Parkes Centre before the Easter holiday’s.

Started the morning off with our Women’s Only Boxercise at 9.30am and then followed that up with our Mixed Group Circuit at 10.30am💪🏻🔥.

If anyone is interested in attending, we will now be back on Monday, the 13th April, ready to kick on and look towards the summer. If anyone has any questions regarding the sessions, don’t hesitate to send me a message!

It gives the opportunity to our participants to be eligible to get their gas appliances looked and serviced in quicker time if they’re eligible. A great initiative.
