I just visited my friend Edit Gardner, who started her wellbeing check business and I had a great experience learning about my body and received great advice on what to improve.

She also offers Ā£10 worth of Bowel Cancer home test kits to new patients.

Although it was not a doctors appointment, I received a very comprehensive check up and she has a wealth of knowledge on the matter. She could answer pretty much any questions I had šŸ¤Æ

I would definitely recommend her if you want to have the peace of mind and make sure you are in good shape.

About me

My interest in Sports and therapy Massage was sparked by a personal experience. I was an athlete, competing at an International professional level, winning three national Romanian fencing championships, which was sadly cut short by a back injury.

After many failed attempts of treatment and rehabilitation I decided to take control of my own well-being and embarked on a journey of intense education which culminated in a degree at the prestigious University College, Birmingham. Here I graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy and gaining a high level ITEC Diploma in Sports Massage.
