Although we are a ladies ADHD group we welcome all neurodivergence’s. We support other charities close to our hearts. One of our group members is married to someone that has Huntington’s disease so we attended an afternoon tea In aid of Huntington's Disease Association to raise awareness for the condition. Just a few photos of the event. A big thank you to the staff at YoungStars Community Hub food and decorations were amazing well done everyone involved 🌷🥰🫶🏻

Can’t believe it’s week 3 already for our art session. This Thursday we are weaving with plastic cups I believe. Below is what we all created last week. Well done ladies can’t wait to see you on Thursday

Another wonderful session with Nikki from Arts Therapies UK this week we made flower petals from kitchen roll we all did different designs and were unique and turned out amazing. It was very therapeutic too.🌷
