Bromford Lane Care Centre Bromford Lane offers care, support and exceptional accommodation for people with all manner of needs. We have 6 different units within Bromford Lane.

Bromford Lane Care Centre is a centre of excellence that cares for the many needs within the local community, yet individualised and homely domesticated environments. Judy Williams RMA is the Centre Manager. Judy is highly experienced and brings with her, the vast knowledge, how to meet the needs of most people. Lesley Radcliffe, the house managers has worked with Judy for a long time, specialising in achieving targets (such as re-skilling and rehabilitation) with our Service Users.

Today, we visited our sister care home to spend time with their residents. Residents from both homes had the opportunity to mingle, chat, and get to know one another. We made the most of the lovely weather by sitting together in the garden, enjoying tea, cake, and the sunshine.

The residents were also given the opportunity to take photographs of anything around the home that caught their eye, encouraging creativity and observation.

Today we celebrated St George’s Day with a fantastic party filled with joy and laughter. There was plenty of dancing, great music, and smiles all around. Staff and residents came together dressed in red and white, creating a wonderful sense of unity and spirit. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🐉

Yesterday, we held a lovely “Meet the Manager” session, where everyone had the chance to meet our new manager here at Bromford Lane and share their ideas for renaming the units. It was a great opportunity for everyone to get involved and have their voices heard.

We’re delighted to reveal the new unit names:

* EAB Unit – Lily Rose Suite
* YPD – Sunflower Suite
* Nursing Unit – Willow Suite
* Dementia Unit – Bluebell Suite

We’ve had lots of fun recently, including a trip to Sheldon Heath Country Park where we enjoyed seeing the animals. We’ve also taken part in baby therapy sessions, played a celebrity recognition game, and helped clean up the tea garden.
In addition, we have a St George’s Day raffle taking place in Reception where you can win a bottle of wine and money!
