Flourish Personal Development - Counselling and Stress Management I am a counsellor in South Birmingham (B31) offering face-to-face and online counselling. I also offer mental health first aid training.

Are you feeling stuck, stressed out, anxious? Do you want to deal with things from your past or issues now or in the future? Then counselling might be able to help you. Releasing you from the little voice in your head, you know the one, the negative self-talk that pops up every time you think about trying to do things differently. Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, disconnected in your relationships, or stuck in unhelpful patterns of behaviour, always trying to please everyone yet ending up resentful and unseen?

I trained in psychodynamic counselling after working through my own childhood trauma, so I understand first-hand how deeply these experiences can affect us. Stress, anxiety, low mood, even feeling hopeless can all stem from unresolved pain. I’ve supported a wide range of clients, from civil engineers to university students, each with their own unique challenges.

If you’re nervous about starting therapy or worried about being judged, I completely understand. My aim is to create a safe, comfortable space where you can share at your own pace and feel truly heard.
