A Free Falls Prevention Service for those over the age of 50, with mobility issues or at risk of fal

FallsFree4Life is aimed at preventing falls entirely in those aged 50 either living or are registered with a GP Practice in Sandwell. People under 50 with mobility issues or history of falls may also qualify to use the service. This is achieved by reaching out into the community to identify those that may be at a medium risk of falling often without knowing it.
