After much reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to close my Reiki and wellbeing business.

I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported me on this journey. Your trust, loyalty, and support have meant more than I can truly put into words. Whether you attended a session, followed my page, shared my work, or simply sent kind messages — you’ve been part of something very special.

It has been an honour to hold space for you, to witness your growth, and to be part of your wellbeing journey.

Although this chapter is coming to a close, I will always carry the connections, experiences, and memories with me. Some of you have even become great friends. I'm truly blessed.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart 💫

Remember you're precious and worth it, trust the process and everything will work out in your world. Always ask yourself "what is the lesson? Learn from it, and move on."

I don't know what my future holds, I don't know where life is taking me, but what I do know is I'm just going to enjoy my golden years, living life to the full.

You all take care my beautiful people, you've got this.

Hippy New Year! Yes I know I'm late in posting, in-fact I've not posted for ages. I hope you're all well. Yesterday I had a full hip replacement so Reiki is on the back burner for a few months until I recuperate. Business slowed down in 2025 and I'm happy with that. Sometimes life throws curve balls and I know 2025 threw a lot of curve balls to a lot of people, me included. I hope 2026 will be a complete change for many. I always start my new year at the spring equinox so you will find me resting, recharging, healing, and putting myself first. No goals, no fad diets, no resolutions because they don't bloody work, tried and tested for over 50 years! I'm re rooting, nourishing, being kind to me and making sure those boundaries are put in place because I'm worthy. Much love to all of you, lighter brighter days are coming. Xx 💋

Are you truly happy being you? It's something I've been reflecting on recently, hence the social media break. You will have noticed I've not posted much recently and I'm not going to apologise because social media is exhausting. That doesn't mean to say I'm not working because I am, I'm working on me with a few reiki appointments in between. This grieving process has knocked me for six along with other stresses of life. I'm only human and sometimes I too need to take time off both mentally and physically. I hope you're all ok and being kind to yourself. My self care is very important to me at the moment, so it's back to the gym, long walks and lots of vitamin D. I'm thinking of my wonderful clients, much love ❤️

Who's ready to put themselves first? I know it's difficult when you're busy working, running a home and keeping the family afloat. Please remind yourself.......... you can't function if your cup is empty. That's why I've been in chilled mode recently, after the passing of my stepdad I took time out to look after me, my Mum and my son. Grief is not for the faint hearted, I'm sure you've been there at some point in your life. Well I'm pleased to announce my cup is now full and I'm ready to up my anti, so my appointment book is back open from Monday 10th March. If you would like to book an appointment please DM me. Thank you to each and every one of you who's sent your condolences for the recent loss of my wonderful step dad Bob. There isn't one Christmas Trimming in sight at mine or mum's house but there's lots of love, memories and filled hearts. Thank you for your patience and understanding. This morning my gorgeous stepdad of 36 yrs passed away after a short 10 week illness with cancer. Hence I've not been posting on this page. I feel I need to grieve so I'm signing off until the New Year. Thank you to all my wonderful clients for your help in supporting me. I wish you all a wonderful Christmas. See you in 2025 xx 😢💔😢💔😢💔
