I'm Leanne, Reiki Master teacher and healer at Spiritual Sprout! 🙌

I offer Reiki treatments and one to one training in all 3 degrees of reiki at my home in Birstall, West Yorkshire. I also offer remote distance healing ✨️

I use gentle reiki energy to unblock chakras and allow your lifeforce to flow freely throughout your body. This can help prevent disease and pain by allowing your body to carry on healing after the reiki gets to work. It is also a very relaxing experience. A safe space to let go and unwind 😌

Happy 1st December! 🎅 🧑‍🎄

The decorations are up today and we've had lots of fun baking too 🎂 🥮

I've been welcoming some lovely new and existing clients to Spiritual Sprout who are really feeling the positive effects of the reiki 💜😌 it's always good to hear!

Reiki level I is perfect for complete beginners. This is your grounding level where you will learn about self-healing and the history of reiki.

You will also learn how to give reiki in a non-professional capacity on friends and family. You will receive the reiki level I attunement in a personal and relaxing ceremony. 🧘‍♀️

The attunement process allows you to be opened and aligned to the flow of reiki energy so you can begin to channel this through your hands.

Once attuned to reiki, you are attuned for life. ✨️

A whole year of Spiritual Sprout!! 🙏

What an amazing year it has been!! Thank you so much to all my wonderful clients and followers. It has been an absolute pleasure to teach you and treat you! 💜

Here's to another year filled with reiki magic, growing and learning ✨️ Reiki never fails to amaze me and being able to pass this healing and knowledge on to my clients is a joy 😊

This book is brilliant. 📖 ✨️ It's on my further reading list for my students! It's a must read for anyone interested in reiki or learning reiki but also if you are a little bit skeptical as it delves in to the science behind it! Really enjoying it! 😊

Another wonderful creation from my mum! My new distance reiki doll 💜✨️

Distance reiki works in exactly the same way as in- person reiki. We would have a call beforehand to discuss your health and any current issues you might be experiencing and then you get comfortable for 40 minutes in the comfort of your own home.

I ground myself and tune in to you and work from the top of your head right down to the tips of your toes or where I am guided to work on. I use the universal energy around me to unblock your chakras - the 7 main chakras that run down our midline from the top of our heads to the base of the spines.

We work on the basis that blocked energy leads to disease in the body if left blocked. Reiki energy unblocks these 7 wheels of energy in your body to promote balance, healing and relaxation.

Everyone experiences reiki differently. Some people see colours or visions, others just feel a complete sense of relaxation and improved sleep.

After the session, we have another chat about how you experienced it and I'll go through anything that came up and what chakras were blocked.
