Last Sunday we walked, we talked, and we laughed at ourselves trying to match the elegance of two swans on the River Stort.

But beyond the laughs, something quieter happened too. People arrived (some as strangers) and left as familiar faces. The fresh air did its thing. The conversations went deeper than expected. And for a few hours, the week felt lighter. ❤️

That's exactly why we organise these walks. Not because movement is good for you — though it is — but because getting outside, being present and sharing that with others does something to you that no screen ever could.

At Vida, we want you to feel good. And sometimes feeling good is as simple as putting your trainers on and showing up.

Join us on Sunday 12th April for our first Walk & Talk of the year. This is a simple, cheerful plan to enjoy the fresh air, see some nature, and meet new people.

The main goal is to get outside and get our bodies moving. We are keeping things relaxed with a gentle stroll along the River Stort. It is a great way to feel good and enjoy the morning.

⏩ The Plan:

Where: Meeting at Pig Lane car park.

⏰ Time: Arrive from 10:30am. We start walking at 10:40am sharp.

🅿️ Parking: Free.

🐾 Dogs: Very welcome (on a lead).

After the walk, we will stop at The Three Horseshoes for a drink and a chat.

If you would like to stay for a Sunday roast, please call the pub directly on 01279 722 849 to book your table. They get very busy, so it is best to book early!

Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day the Vida way! 💚

This past Tuesday the 17th, we had such a wonderful and special Zumba Gold class. It was a joy to see so many of you dressed up and ready to move! 💃✨

We absolutely love how committed and fun our ladies are. Seeing you all bring so much energy to our themed classes is exactly what we want for you—to move, to smile, and to enjoy every moment together.

Thank you all for such a fantastic class. You really are the heart of this club.

Every woman has a story worth telling. And when you share it with other women, something magical happens — you grow stronger, and you realise you were never alone. 🧡

Radiant At Every Age was truly a wonderful day from start to finish. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to every single person who came. To the women we met for the first time, and to those who already knew us and chose to show up anyway — your support means everything.

We hope you left with tools, with inspiration, and maybe even a new friend or two. Because honestly, there is nothing more powerful than a community of women. 🌟

A night of games, laughter, dancing, snacks and really good company — all in support of Radiant At Every Age, happening on 22nd February. More than 70 people came together, and honestly… the energy in the room was something special.

A massive thank you to our brilliant hosts — entertaining, fun and full of energy. They truly lifted the room and had everyone smiling, laughing and joining in. 🥳

Nights like this remind us that we're surrounded by a community that supports us and shows up, every time. You're people who love to connect, have fun, share moments… and simply live. 💖

We often talk about wellness as a practice, but Dr Swarna Singhal reminds us that it is also a celebration. ✨

At 83, Swarna is a grandmother of four, a practicing couples councellor, and a dedicated practitioner of Raja Yoga. Her secret to a vibrant life? She never stops moving. Whether it’s dancing in her kitchen every night or dancing the night away on New Year’s Eve, she proves that spiritual enlightenment and joy are found in our "beautifully ordinary lives."

Her message to our Vida community is simple yet powerful: Don’t let your light fade. Dance, sing, paint and do whatever brings you joy. Be a shining example of every stage of your life. 🌟

Your age is not a limit; it is a platform to shine from. So, today, we invite you to take Swarna’s advice: Go out there and shine.
