I am very excited to announce that we will soon be offering mental health classes purely aimed at the parents, carers, teachers and mentors of young people. We are all in difficult times at the minute and the effect on children to young adults is going unseen.
Ask your self.

* Would you know how to recognise a potential problem with your child or student?

* Would you know how to deal with a child, young adult who was showing signs of mental ill health?

* Would you know how to talk to a young person who is self harming?

* How would you react when a young person tells you they are sick of living.

We will soon be delivering a course aimed solely at young people, and how to recognise signs of possible issues, how to best deal with them and importantly how not to deal with them. We will teach you to be confident in speaking to young people about mental health, the affects and risks, and what you and the young person can do to reduce the risk of mental ill health. We will teach you where to go for further professional advice if needed.

Due to current restrictions we can offer this course remotely for those who would rather do it from home.

If you feel this is something you would be interested in, then please comment “Yes”

One of the hardest things when dealing with mental health is not knowing how to deal with it, and as a result we don’t think about it, but what happens when you have no choice but to deal with it, a friend, a family member, a child, this is a difficult subject but one which is not going away, We are living in and dealing with unprecedented times and this is really having a detrimental affect on peoples mental health. We need to invest in ourselves, and invest in those around us, and there is no better way than to enrol on one of our mental health first aid classes, if this is something you are interested in then please comment below.

We have mental health courses for:
* Armed forces personnel/Veterans and family,
* Adult mental health training,
* College and university mental health training,
* Children including secondary and primary school,
* School and higher education tutors.

We can tailor our courses to suit you or your group, and we are happy to travel where ever it necessary in the country to deliver the courses, the prices are very reasonable and below the national prescribed price because we believe in accessibility for all. For further details on our courses please get in touch.
Thank you and stay safe.
