Wishing you all a gentle, compassionate Christmas, in whatever way this season finds you.
For those who love this season, Christmas brings warmth, connection and longed for time with loved ones. May there be moments of joy, rest and genuine laughter that help you feel nourished and held.
For those finding it hard, this time of year can stir grief, loneliness, stress or memories that feel heavy to carry. If this is you, your feelings are valid, and it is okay to take things slowly, set boundaries and do only what you can manage.
A reminder for everyone! You are allowed to honour your needs, even when traditions or expectations say otherwise.
Small acts of kindness towards yourself, a quiet cup of tea, a walk, a cry, a gentle “no”, can make a real difference.
If you need support, if this season feels overwhelming and you needsomeone to talk to, the Samaritans are there 24/7.
Sending love and care to all who are celebrating, grieving, or simply getting through. However this Christmas looks, you are not alone.
I'm signing off for the year, and what a year it has been. Thank you to all of the wonderful people I have worked with, I wish you all comfort. Keep being kind to yourself and keep talking.
Christmas wishes to you all ❤️
