▪️Special 1-1 Yoga - during day/after school on request
▪️Energy Align Yoga - Wednesday 7.45pm

All classes are child friendly which is ideal if you have kids off over summer.

▪️Buggy fit - Tuesdays 10am
▪️Legs bums tums - Tuesday 11.30am and Thursday 7.15pm
▪️Boxercise express - Tuesday 12.15pm
▪️Circuit express - Tuesday 6.30pm

My kids love going for a wee play visit with friends.

She offers a range of classes concentrating on building Cardio & Strength....and fun!

Thursday Evenings

This weeks shout out goes to Evolve Gymnastics Club - Lennoxtown

Logan’s been attending gymnastics since January and absolutely loves it. He loves showing me every week what he’s learned and they have summer camps on too.

Highly recommend!
