Want to join us, this Sunday for a nourishing afternoon combining the powerful transformation of Belief Coding with the soothing, immersive experience of Sound Healing and the powerful energies of the Flower Full Moon.

Gem will gently guide you through Belief Coding, helping to uncover and release limiting beliefs held within the subconscious, while Melanie and I lead you into a calming Sound Healing journey to soothe the mind, body and soul.✨💛

With a glorious heatwave blessing us this weekend, we’ve decided to offer some impromptu outdoor Floating Sound Baths as a nourishing treat for the mind, body & soul.

Come and float, breathe, soften and deeply relax with us as healing sounds and vibrations gently wash over you, reaching the very core of your being. ✨

Held in a beautiful private pool in Little Hadham, Hertfordshire, where we hosted many magical sessions last year.

🌿 Session Times

10:30am – 75 minutes - fully booked
12:30pm – 75 minutes - spaces

You can choose either:
💧 Floating on the pool
or
🕊️ Relaxing poolside

For those choosing to float, you remain fully supported on sturdy luxury double air beds. Melanie and I will gently help you on and off the floats. ☀️☀️☀️

Thank you to everyone who joined us this evening at United reformed Church, Bishop’s Stortford, it was a powerful session with the Gongs, working their magic, clearing and releasing unwanted stress and tension held with in the body.

The energy in the room was beautiful, and it was wonderful to share this healing time together. Wishing you all a peaceful and restorative evening. ✨🙏💛✨

Join Melanie and I for a midweek sound-bath in this beautiful space at the United reformed Church, Water Lane, Bishop’s Stortford, Wednesday, the 20th of May , 7:15-8.45 pm. Cost £25

This is a space for you to completely relax, forget about any worries or stresses. There’s nothing to do, nowhere to be, no demands on you, just to rest back and be.

The sound frequencies and vibrations are very powerful to help calm the mind and relax the body, giving our nervous system a reset. 

It’s also wonderful way to connect to our own spirituality and inner peace
