A Magical Black New Moon Gathering 🌑🌙✨

What a wonderful evening it was — bathed in sound, intention, and energy🙌🏼✨

Under the mystical embrace of the Black New Moon, we gathered to honour new beginnings and plant seeds for the dreams we’re ready to manifest🌱✨

The Black New Moon is a rare gift — a time of amplified power, fertile for creation, transformation, and new pathways. It invites us to release the old, trust the unknown, and step boldly into what we are ready to become✨

We began by writing our intentions and goals , calling on the potent energy of the new moon to support and amplify our visions 💫

We activated Reiki crystal grids, weaving healing energy through our words and dreams, anchoring them in light✨

A powerful sound bath ended the evening ,with the deep resonance of gongs and the shimmering tones of crystal bowls, each vibration guiding us inward, softening the mind, and opening the heart✨

Tonight, we manifested not only for ourselves but also for the collective, sending love, clarity, and abundance into the world. 🌌💫

May these intentions bloom in perfect time.

✨ A Magical Evening of Sound and Serenity at Knebworth Golf Club ✨🌙

This was something truly special — an unforgettable evening with Beautiful Soul Reiki Healing a sound bath at the peaceful and picturesque ⛳️

As the sun dipped low over the rolling fairways, the evening unfolded into a serene symphony of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, resonating gently through the space.✨

Each tone washed over us like a wave, melting away stress and inviting stillness✨

Outside the large windows, the lush green grass and tall trees stood calm and quiet, mirroring the peaceful energy within. As if on cue, a butterfly fluttered in, gracefully dancing among us — a symbol of transformation, presence, and harmony. It felt like nature herself had joined in the healing🦋✨

This was more than just relaxation — it was a moment of deep connection and harmony, with sound, with each other, and with the natural world around us✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared in this special experience. Until next time, keep listening — the universe is always singing. 💫🦋

✨ Manifesting on Jupiter Kazimi – The Luckiest Day of the Year ✨

Today, as Jupiter enters Kazimi—a rare moment when it aligns with the heart of the Sun—we tap into an extraordinary wave of abundance, luck, and expansion. This powerful alignment happens during Solstice week, amplifying our intentions with the energy of light and renewal. 🌞🌿

I gather my tools:

💛 Citrine and Tiger’s Eye, warm and watchful, to ground the fire of vision into the bones of the Earth
🌼 Sun-blessed oils, anointing pulse points to awaken joy, courage, and sovereignty
🌬️ The shakapa’s whisper, leaves rustling like wings, brushing old stories into wind
🧭 I call upon the Four Sacred Directions, anchoring light in every corner of the soul

With breath and rhythm, with crystal and prayer, I manifest under Jupiter’s golden crown. I speak my dreams into the world, not as a wish but as a promise.

May this day open doors, scatter blessings like wild seeds, and lead us all toward the sunlit path. 🌻

CELEBRATING THE SUMMER SOLSTICE. ☀️

n many nature-based spiritual traditions, Litha is honoured as a moment of deep balance and transformation. Though the sun reaches its peak, we are gently reminded that from this day forward, the light will begin to wane. This teaches us to fully embrace the present, to celebrate life in all its fullness, and to be grateful for the warmth, vitality, and beauty that surrounds us.

Litha is a love letter to the Earth and to the sacred flame within each of us. It's a time to:

Gather in community to dance, drum, and feast, celebrating the gifts of growth and connection.

Honour the sun as a divine force of life, giving thanks for its light, warmth, and guidance.

Tend to inner fire, rekindling passion, creativity, and courage.

Offer blessings to the land, the waters, the animals, and all living beings, acknowledging the interconnectedness of all things.

Spiritually, Litha invites you to open your heart to joy, to stand tall in your truth, and to shine brightly—just like the sun. Light a candle, say a prayer, whisper a wish into the wind. This is a day to feel the pulse of the Earth beneath your feet and to remember that you, too, are a child of the sun, luminous and divine.

From someone who is not outwardly confident and at times, I really have questioned whether it's because I have not found my voice or speak my truth or have a blocked throat chakra, but I have learned I have my own inner confidence and that I have learnt is enough for me. 🌸

On that note I want to let you know that in a world that rewards boldness, branding, and nonstop sharing, it’s easy to feel like you're not enough unless you're loud, visible, or constantly "on."

But here's a gentle truth:
You can be quiet and still be radiant.
You can be soft and still be strong.
You can be deeply authentic and still be of immense service.

Your spiritual work doesn’t need hashtags or hype to be sacred.
You don’t have to perform confidence or force visibility to be a real healer, guide, or light in the world.

Some of the most powerful transformations happen in stillness.
In whispered prayers.
In silent presence.
In hands gently offering energy, not attention.

You are allowed to honour your natural rhythm.
To show up slowly, quietly, and honestly.
To grow your path in alignment with your truth, not the algorithm.

Quiet confidence is a frequency. It’s not measured in volume but in vibration.
And those who need your light will feel it, even when you whisper.

Keep being you.
Softly. Truthfully. Powerfully.
That is more than enough. 🌱

Frankincense 🤍

My absolute favourite oil.

I rub it into my hands, cup them over my nose, and inhale deeply for 20 to 30 seconds. This helps dispel feelings of overwhelm and anxiety, allowing me to feel more grounded. I also add it to aura sprays for the same purpose, as well as for energy protection.

I love using frankincense during meditation, applying it to my third eye to enhance focus and deepen my practice. There are so many wonderful ways to use this beautiful oil what's your favorite?
