If you’ve been feeling rushed, tired or overwhelmed lately, it may simply be because you haven’t given yourself the time to stop, rest and renew your energy. And without that pause, life can start to feel heavy.
Join Lesley and myself, together with a small, exclusive group of women, for a beautiful Day Retreat from 10am to 5pm at the stunning Porters Hall:
✨ Gentle Qigong in the garden to ground yourself and reconnect with nature
✨ Restorative Yoga with deep, delicious stretches for body and mind
✨ A thoughtful coaching session to reflect on where you are in life — and where you want to go
✨ Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) for profound relaxation and nervous system reset
✨ A freshly prepared lunch and a decadent afternoon tea with bubbly, created by our private chef
Our intention for this day is simple:
to give you space to breathe, to rest, and to feel looked after…
to put responsibilities aside for a few hours and reconnect with yourself in a beautiful, peaceful setting.
